This Domain Registration Agreement ("DRA") shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between SoftLayer Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("SoftLayer"), and the registrant ("Customer"). Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements in this DRA.

Note: SoftLayer reserves the right to supplement and/or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of its DRA. SoftLayer will notify its Customers through the customer portal of any changes to the DRA. It is the Customer's responsibility to review SoftLayer's policies on a frequent basis to ensure compliance because the DRA in place at the current time applies, not the DRA which was in place when you registered your domain(s) through SoftLayer. Changes requested by Customer to the DRA must be agreed to in writing by SoftLayer.

Note: You agree that SoftLayer may from time to time modify its Domain Dispute Resolution Policy (“DDRP”). SoftLayer will post any changes to its DDRP at least thirty (30) days before they become effective. You agree that by maintaining your domain name registrations with SoftLayer after the updated policy becomes effective that you agree to the DDRP as amended. You agree to review SoftLayer’s website periodically to determine if changes have been made to the DDRP.

Domain Registrant Rights and Responsibilities

Auto-Renewal & Deletion Policy
If a domain name is not renewed within 40 days of expiration, the expired domain name is moved into the "Redemption Grace Period*" at the end of that 40-day period. The domain name stays in this redemption state for 30 days. At the end of this 30-day period, the domain name is then moved into the “Pending Delete” status, and cannot be renewed either by the end-user or by Softlayer. The domain name remains in “Pending Delete” status for no more than 10 days, at which point the domain name is released by the registry, and may be re-registered by the public. Softlayer does not auto-renew domain names outside of extenuating circumstances, as defined by ICANN or directed by a court order.

* Renewal during the Redemption Grace Period costs $100 in addition to normal domain renewal charges.
