DH CAPITAL ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF $20,000,000 FINANCING FOR SOFTLAYER™, A LEADING PROVIDER OF GLOBAL, ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL DATA CENTER AND HOSTING SERVICES
NEW YORK, NY & BOULDER, CO — September 30, 2009 – DH Capital, LLC (“DH Capital”), a leading investment banking firm serving companies in the Communications and Internet Infrastructure sectors, announced the closing of up to $20,000,000 in senior notes for SoftLayer™ Technologies, Inc. (“SoftLayer”) from a private investment group. SoftLayer is a premier provider of global, on-demand virtual data center and hosting services from facilities across the U.S. The financing will be used to fund the continued growth of the company.
