DH Capital Announces $10,000,000 Increase in Financing for SoftLayer^®, a Leading Provider of Global, On-Demand Virtual Data Center and Hosting Services

Total Availability Now $30,000,000

New York, NY & Boulder, CO—March 25, 2010—DH Capital, LLC ("DH Capital"), a leading investment banking firm serving companies in the Communications and Internet Infrastructure sectors, announced a $10,000,000 increase in total funds available under its senior notes facility in favor of SoftLayer Technologies, Inc. ("SoftLayer"). Additional commitments from a group of private investors organized by DH Capital increased total availability under this financing arrangement, which was originally established in September 2009, to $30,000,000. SoftLayer is a premier provider of global, on-demand virtual data center and hosting services from facilities across the U.S. The financing will be used to fund the company's continued growth.

SoftLayer has raised over $100 million in financing to date and has delivered increasing month-over-month profitability.
