SoftLayer® Introduces Build Your Own Cloud

New Service Delivers Custom-Configured Cloud Servers

DALLAS—June 27, 2010—SoftLayer Technologies®, the innovative on-demand data center services provider, today announced the launch of Build Your Own Cloud, a new addition to its leading CloudLayerTM family of cloud services. Build Your Own Cloud lets customers create customized cloud servers to gain greater application performance, cost efficiency, and availability.

Previously, service providers have only offered fixed cloud server sizes or configurations.
